Many things happened since I last spoke with you guys. I know I haven't kept it so consistent on here...but you know...life gets in the way.
I have a podcast now and a YouTube channel!! What?? Crazy I know. I am co-hosting the Mindfulmessshow, which is all about self-development. I am sure you're going to love it.
I recently posted a YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NJAtOgCl9A) with 5 books that will change your life - and here is a quick glimpse at the books I am recommending and that worked on me.
1. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck – Mark Mason
If you know me, this is the book I stand by!!!
Mark Manson’s The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is one of the best books I have ever read. Having read it in a moment of despair and confusion, it was the best “medicine” to understand better the world and why, literally, I should stop caring about little things that take up my time and my mind. This book made me feel like I am going to therapy, without having to pay a lot of money for one hour. I couldn’t recommend it more.

2. You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero
This is the go-to book for self-confidence. I know I struggled with this all the time. I was insecure, doubted myself and all that...but this book really helped me see beyond that. It helped me understand how to let go, learn to love who I am and do it more often.
If you're going through stuff like this, give this book a try. Jen Sincero is so funny and you'll love reading her stories and how she became the person she is today.

3. You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero
This was a recent read for me during this quarantine.
I love Jen Sincero, and if you have been on my website before, you could have seen that I already talked about “You are a badass” book written by her as well. She took her life from nothing at 40 years old to the empire she created now of coaching, writing books and inspiring many people along the way.
This book is all about our relationship with money. It is very straightforward, full of success stories from other people, her own life and many self-reflecting exercises to understand our limitations and beliefs when it comes to money.
I think the exercises part are so interesting because you are provided with all the questions you need in order to realize what your relationship with money is and how to create a better one, that will benefit you entirely.
I cannot recommend this enough for all 20 years old who are learning now the struggles of budget, savings and all that, but also, to everyone who grew up thinking money is bad. Give it a try and let it help you.

4. What They Don't Teach You at Harvard Business School by Mark McCormak
I love this book. This book taught me so much in terms of business, sales, how to make a first impression. All of the advice Mark gives is undeniable the best advice I never got during my uni years.
I have two blog posts dedicated to key takeaways from this book (https://www.lifewithm.com/post/10-key-takeaways-from-what-they-don-t-teach-you-at-harvard-business-school-by-mark-mccormack) where you can read some of the quotes that really stand out.

5. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
This book is life-changing. The writer talks about our true self, our Being, as the one who will give us absolute joy and peace. In order to reach that freedom, we need to make sure that we turn off our restless minds from time to time, meditate, and reach a state of complete silence. It is quite a hard book to read at first, and it provides you with all the “pauses” needed to digest the information and to make use of it
The book also tackles different topics such as relationships, the present moment, how to get rid of the pain we create for ourselves and many other worth reading sections.
I recommend this book to anyone who wants to change. Anyone who says “it’s time I take my life back”.
